The building of a truly custom home is a time consuming and detailed process for everyone involved. Spire Builders is focused on customer service as the number one priority for the duration of the project.

Using a construction management based approach to the home building process; Spire Builders subcontracts all of the work for the project to qualified contractors. Spire Builders then manages these contractors through daily supervision and comprehensive contractual agreements.

Spire Builders also provides "green" construction practices, and builds all homes with energy efficient construction methods and materials.

Worcester Farmhouse - Completed Autumn 2015

A traditional farmhouse on a large property completed in 2015. Extensive use of natural stone veneer around the exterior will evoke classic charm and grounded Architecture. At 11,000 square feet, this home features a host of built-in cabinets and wide plank hardwood floors throughout most of the home.

Malvern Home. Completed in early 2015

Blue Bell Renovation. Completed in mid 2014

Tucked away in beautiful Whitpain Township, this 4,700 square foot total home renovation completely transforms an aging facade into one of traditional beauty that is designed & built to improve with age. The interior living space was entirely reconfigured, changing the smaller, darker rooms into rooms with an abundance of openness and sunlight.

This elegant, lodge inspired home is perched up on a hill overlooking Manufacturer's Golf Course down in the Valley. The Douglas Fir Timberframing theme is carried through the front porch and into the great room.

This 4,000 square foot gem is 100% custom in every way. Built for a prominent Interior Designer in the area, the proportions are classic and thoughtful. Tightly laid natural stonework sets this home apart which includes a three sided masonry fireplace as the centerpiece of the living spaces.
