Constant Supervision
We assign a dedicated Spire Superintendent to oversee each of our projects, ensuring that all designs and decisions are carried out according to the client’s vision. This allows for our clients to have as much (or as little) involvement in the project as they desire.
The Best Value
Our team of qualified subcontractors enjoys working with us across a range of interesting and challenging projects. However, we never hand out work to our subcontractors – we require each subcontractor to earn the work with a qualified and competitive bid. Our estimating and purchasing department prepares detailed scopes of work for each trade so that all bids can be compared on an equal basis. This process allows us to accurately assess the best value and select the most competitive bid.
