Our team of qualified subcontractors enjoy working with us. Our projects are both interesting and challenging, but the work is never handed out to our subcontractors. Each subcontractor has to earn the work with a qualified and competitive bid. Our estimating / purchasing department prepares detailed scopes of work for each trade so that the bids arrive back apples to apples. This allows for an accurate assessment of the best value and the best bid.
