Located in Ambler, Pennsylvania, this 18,000 sq. ft. house, originally built by Parec in 1998, was purchased by our client. We replaced all the windows and doors and expanded the house by 6,000 sq. ft., bringing the total living space to 23,000 sq. ft. Additions include a new three-car attached garage, an outdoor pool, and outdoor sports court. We also converted a 30-ton water-chilled system to an all geothermal one and completed a full upgrade of the indoor pool, adding a new geothermal heater and dehumidifier. The old HomeWorks system was replaced with a new Neutron smart home system. Other features include a brand-new kitchen and movie theater.
