Located in Blue Bell/Ambler, Pennsylvania, this was Spire Builders’ first modern home build. Although the client initially had concerns about our experience with modern builds, we assured them that luxury home construction is our domain, no matter the aesthetic style of the build. This home features all geothermal HVAC systems, a Lutron system and shades, Alaskan cypress and metal roofs, and board form concrete throughout the house. Additionally, the main entry features pivot doors and Weiland lift and slide doors across the back.
