This 10,000 sq. ft. home was designed for family living and entertaining, featuring an exterior pool, deck, outdoor pizza oven, fire pit, game room, and bunk beds throughout the third-floor bedrooms. Other highlights include a wine-making room and wine storage room, with a unique set-up that allows the grapes to ferment in the garage. Radiant heat warms the garage floor, as the fermenting process occurs in mid October to early November. Once fermented, the grapes can then be easily transferred into the storage room.
