This project encompasses the equestrian side of the 56-acre property in Worcester, Pennsylvania, where Spire Builders previously completed a home. Using local Amish builders, we built a 16-stable horse barn and installed a brand-new outdoor riding rink. We also upgraded the footing material in the existing indoor riding rink and then renovated an 1892 farmhouse and back barn. We also installed 12 paddocks and fencing throughout the property and upgraded all utilities, including an extensive stormwater system.
